Window Cleaning
$4-5 per pane. Note that this is the price per pane, not per window. Prices
vary based on size, accessibility and cleanliness. Extra large windows may have a premium. Storm windows, which require extra time for removal and handling, have a premium of $8-10 per set on top of the "per pane" price.
French windows are $0.75 per pane.
Extras: We offer complimentary sill and track cleaning where we wipe down the
sills and tracks of your windows when doing the inside and outside. However this is not a deep cleaning. A deep window track cleaning is $3 per window set and it includes vacuuming, brushing, and wiping. Skylights have a $5-10 premium.
Screen Cleaning and Repair
Screen cleaning is $3-5 per screen.
Screen repair is $20-30 or $60-90 for screen doors.
Power Washing
$50-200+ per side of the house. This includes the exterior surface of the gutters.
Walkways, driveways, patios, parapets, steps and pool decks are $100-400+.
Solar Panel and Gutter Cleaning
Gutter Cleaning:
$150 for 2,500 sqft and under houses.
$200-300 for 2,500 sqft - 6,000 sqft houses.
$300+ for houses more than 6,000 sqft.
Prices may vary based on roof walkability and downspout clogging.
Solar Panel Cleaning: $8 per panel.
