Keven
Keven is an owner and worker at Apollo Professional. He started cleaning windows in 2021, working for someone else and gradually transitioned into servicing his own customers. Success was imminent due to his love of the work, even when working for someone else. These were formative years where Keven pushed himself to go above and beyond as an employee, for customers that were not his own. The drive he had came from his love of window cleaning. Slapping a scrubber onto the window, applying soapy water until a moderate level of suds appeared, then flicking out a squeegee and cutting into the opaque mass of bubbles with precision. This was a fascinating process that brought him much enjoyment. There were seemingly endless variations in technique that could be used. To this day, he is still refining and enjoying the process. This ever-evolving process- this deeply satisfying skillset- is part of the shared experience between customer and window cleaner. The customer witnesses the transformation of their home in real time while the worker showcases and hones their skills. For Keven, it’s about delivering the best result for the customer and this includes an experience that is enjoyable.
